A PROBLEM WORTH SOLVING
Learning the systems of the human anatomy can be a very daunting task. With there being on average 206 bones, and 639 muscles in the human body, it is no wonder so many students struggle to remember all the information they are presented with.

Statistics show that 65% of people are visual, or spatial learners. This type of student better retains information through seeing pictures and graphs to help them visualize the information. Another 5% of students are kinesthetic learners. These students better understand a concept when they can engage in an activity pertaining to the subject matter.

Anatomical Cheat Sheets® are the first hands on/ visual learning aide for someone who is studying the anatomy of a human, or any other type of mammal.

Traditional methods of studying such as textbooks, flash cards, wall charts, and illustrated guides, are still incorporated into a school's curriculum.

In my Massage therapy program, we also had a life sized medical skeleton to reference in our classroom which was very helpful. Still, it seemed that there must be a more effective way to retain all this vast information.

The Anatomical Cheat Sheet® provides a life-sized illustrated, and labeled chart for each individual bodily system. The sheet serves as a blueprint, identifying each aspect of a particular system that is placed over top of the human subject lying in anatomical position, or simply placed on a table if a body is unavailable. The student can then have a clear understanding of where a muscle attaches, where a joint forms, where a vein, or artery resides, and so on.
OUR SOLUTION
We've all heard the phrase "practice makes perfect."
As I embarked on my career path as a massage therapist in 2013, I knew there was much to learn, experience, and retain ahead of me in this field of hands-on body work. From the moment I first laid my hands on my classmate, until this very day hundreds of bodies, and years later, I am still aware of just how vitally important it is for me to have a strong understanding of the human anatomy. I think of how beneficial these Anatomical Cheat Sheets would have been for me, and my fellow classmates while attending massage school, since I now know how effective they are having used them continually in my own practice.

I mention this because I feel as though this product line is solving the problem that I find myself having often. The problem being...FORGETFULNESS! I know that I am not alone when I confess that I have "blanked out" on where a particular muscle attaches, or for instance where the sphenoid bone is. The human body is an incredibly intricate, and vast vessel. I find the best way to really retain all of the information it holds, is to keep it visible, and the best way to do that is by integrating the Cheat sheets into your daily routine.

The convenient thing about the sheets, is that they are extremely light, and portable! I simply roll up the set (anterior & posterior) of whichever bodily system I feel like using that day, tuck it into my massage bag, and I'm off to my client. Honestly, my clients love the sheets also! I can point out a particular problem area to them, and they get a much better understanding of what is going on within their bodies this way. For instance, I can better explain Thoracic Outlet Syndrome to a client experiencing tingling, and numbness down their arm. I simply show them the region of the Brachial plexus located directly below their collar bone, and point out the muscles of the neck that are impinging on the subclavian artery. People truly do seem to have a better understanding of these things when they are looking at it life sized!
